Hey all sorry for the delay. It's midnight and we've each been working on our songs all evening. Anyhow, Mike tried his hand at as "country" a song as he could fathom. It's called "We were flies" and has Mike playing guitar, singing and doing the drum programming. Alan played upright on it. It's got a silly "Don-Henley"-break (Alan's words) at the 2:02 mark. Alan's song today is "Ghosts" and has Alan singing, playing acoustic guitar and electric bass as well as programming some perc in the background. He says he feels like Erick Dampier about the song. Enjoy! We'll try to be more punctual tomorrow evening...in other news, first clue for the cover song on Saturday is: River Phoenix.
...Post-Script: Just figured out (4:00 AM) how to embed a music player on this
page -------------------------->.
Now you don't necessarily HAVE to skip-to-your-Alston-lou all over the internet to HEAR the music, however, the fan/friend requests on Facebook and MySpace are ego-inflating and will actually go a long way towards making a case to venues regarding booking...more on that to come later.
