feed. back.
Hey, tonight's song is called "Can't You If You Want To?". Mike played acoustic and electric guitars, bass, keyboard, programmed drums and sang on it. Enjoy. It's sort of a Spoon/Raconteurs ballad kind of song, which may or may not make any sense whatsoever.

these comics are books are movies are crooks.
Alan wrote, programmed and played bass and keyboard on "Shoot Vanderman Once" tonight. Enjoy!
better late than never
sorry for the delay, but I couldn't get this song to load no matter what I tried last night. Anyhow, it's up now, and called "Mazarine". It's just Mike singing and playing acoustic guitar. Enjoy.

easy like...
So yeah, I'm not gonna say we had "busy" day(s) per se, but we were unproductive in a musical sense, both managing to squeeze in naps and time to catch up on our favorite sitcoms/tele-dramas online. Alan's sick. So, with great adieu, enjoy "Santa Ana," which was not recorded today, nor is it all that new, but it's a song Mike wanted to get out there, featuring only guitar and vocals, and which he probably couldn't have improved upon by re-recording, so there it is. More genuinely new music tomorrow.

new plan
Alright so Alan and Mike each did a little bit with technology today programming some crazy beats over top of a little actual live instruments, and in Mike's case a little auto-tuned vocals. As a side note, we can only keep 10 songs at a teim up on MySpace, thus every day we're deleting a couple and replacing them, seemingly by random choice or our own preference, however, we'd rather do it in accordance with YOUR preferences... soooooo, if anyone feels like throwing a couple of their favorites so far in a wall post on facebook, message via MySpace, or e-mail to underwaterpanther@gmail.com so we can decide what you are all listening to and enjoying the most. Alright take it easy.
tinker tinker
Yo we messed around with stuff for hours tonight, trying to perfect it; anyhow, what's done is done now. Hope you all enjoy. Alan did "The Cushion" tonight, which has some programmed percussion as well as live bass and guitar, all of which he performed. Mike wrote "Don't wanna be with You," and played guitar and sang on it, programmed the drum track and had Alan play bass. Both songs are kind of poppy for the night, so they should put you in a great mood. We guarantee it.
